Statement of Purpose
We are a non-profit ministry of Faith Baptist Church. Our Little Badger Christian Preschool program is operated under the supervision of Jan Gnacinski, Administrator/Center Director. The governing body is Faith Baptist Church, under the Administration of Pastor Dean Noonan, Sr. It is seen as an integral part of the church’s mission to the community.
Preschool Program
The preschool program aims to provide a Christian setting for informal teaching experiences, teacher-directed activities, and free play. The child’s needs and abilities serve as the focus for the structure of the readiness program. Through the daily schedule and interaction with Christian adults and other children, physical skills will be strengthened. The social behavior will be practiced, emotional balance will be sought, intellectual concepts will be formulated, and Christian values will be internalized.
We will feature the ABC Mouse Christian curriculum, using books, tablets and materials for ages 2-5. Our curriculum and learning approaches are very beneficial.

Pastor Dean M. Noonan -
Preschool Overseer
Dean Noonan was saved in Faith Baptist Church at the age of sixteen. He answered God's call on his life and went to Bible college.
Mrs. Jan Gnacinski -
Administrator/Center Director
Miss Jan is a Christian mother of four and a grandmother of seven. She served as Executive Director of Wisconsin CHEA, a non-profit corporation, for 26 years. She has worked hard to further her education in Early Childhood Education, and has been awarded the Administration Credential.
Bekki Gnacinski -
Lead Teacher
Miss Bekki has been a Christian since she was 10 years old and has worked with children for many years in church nurseries, Awana programs and preschool classes for Wisconsin CHEA. She has seven nieces and nephews and has played a large part in each of their lives for over 20 years. Bekki has been awarded the Preschool Credential. She has been with Little Badger since the day we opened, in August of 2021.
Crystal Mata -
Lead Teacher
Miss Crystal describes herself as “a Christian, and a wife to my wonderful and amazing husband, Isaac. Mom to Ray, Isabella, Mia, and Frida. I love being around kids and having fun with them. Helping and serving others makes me happy. I love to spend time with my family and going to the beach is one of my favorite places to go.” Miss Crystal has been with Little Badger since March of 2024; first, in a volunteer capacity, then, hired as a lead teacher.
Casey Gnacinski -
Lead Teacher
Miss Casey grew up in a Christian family and has been saved since she was a child. She is a wife and dog mom. She loves animals and children. She has been working in childcare since 2006 and could not imagine working in any other type of job. She loves that she gets to work with children in her own church and show them the love of Jesus. Casey has been with Little Badger since January of 2024. She has worked with all ages, but the area she has been most involved in is our before/after school and summer groups of children aged 6-14.
